Theresa Floken, Project Director
Theresa has been with MCT since 2005.  She has experience as a business development specialist, as a loan officer, as a purchasing associate, human resource associate, and as a hotel manager.
With her small business management expertise, Theresa can propose ways to improve an organization's structure, efficiency, or profits.  Theresa graduated from Bemidji State University in 1992.  "

Jeff Brunelle, Business Development Specialist
Jeff worked in federal government for the past eleven years prior to coming to
NABEC in 2002. Jeff worked as an Accounting Technician during that time, gaining experience in trust funds accounting and budgeting. Jeff attended Brainerd and Bemidji Vo-Techs in the Accounting program; and attended Bemidji State University for two years, completing various business courses.

Fran King, Secretary
Fran has been with the MCT since October 2004 when she began as a research allotment clerk with the Bureau of Indian Affairs. Since December 2005 she has been with the Finance Corporation and NABEC. Fran has an AA degree in Business Management from Leech Lake Tribal College and previously attended Rainey River Community College and Bemidji State University. Her employment history includes working as an employment advocate as well as advocacy with victims of domestic violence and she also has experience with intake and reception.
